I recommend some books about thrust tectonics in this post

Thrust tectonics(McClay,1992) is the most classicial one, several chapters of this book is very famous like"Rates of folding and faulting
determined from growth strata by John Suppe" and"Glossary of thrust tectonics terms by McClay".
AAPG Memoir 82 and 94 are also recommended which both edited by McClay and covers the latest approaches.
"AAPG Study in Geology 53 Seismic Interpretation of Contractional Fault-Related Folds, An AAPG Seismic Atlas" is a wonderful book about seismic interpretation of thrust tectonics.
"Structural Geology of fold and thrust belts"was written by Shankar Mitra in 1992.It was not very famous but some chapters are interesting.
"Thrustbelts" contains lots of review about classial papers. It is very useful for beginners.
"GSL SP 349 Kinematic Evolution and Structural Styles of Fold-and-Thrust Belts" is a Special Publication by Geological Society of London in 2011. Actually GSL published "thrust and nappes teconics"in 1981 which seems to much out-of-date as classial theories like Critical Taper Model and Fault-related folding were not published at that time.
