Difference between Pressure elief Valve and Thermal Relief Valves

Dears,

I would like to know what difference between Pressure Relief Valve(PSV) and Thermal Relief Valve (TSV)?
And we need to decide the setting temp. for TSV?

A thermal relief valve is a liquid-only relief due to expansion of a liquid with increased temperature.

A pressure relief valve(PRVs) relieves pressure due to a gas.
