Does any one have a detailed example of heating and cooling load Calculation needed for any residential?

Sorry for my short post, in that moment I was just getting to the HVAC world. I am working on my tesis degree and in a first aproach the topic will be to design a complete HAVC system to a laboratory or hospital and then apply renovable energies to it (not sure which one yet, maybe solar energy to preheat the water, maybe wind energy to supply the compresor, I am oppen to ideas). I have not been able to get any detailed information of someone that has done it or is working on it.
So the question is: Where to get information about how to really design the HVAC system.
And then which ways can I use renovable energies to improve the system and reduce some of the operating costs.
