Appendix 13 of ASME VIII Div.1 is focused on this sort of pressure vessels. If the vessel which you are designing is atmospheric, the reference suggested by KK36 is quite useful. Alternatively, you can take look at JGC basic design manual for rectangular tank calculations or other similar design manuals prepared by other companies.
