High Pressure/ High Temperature Pipe Hydrotest

I am looking for procedure or common practice to determine hydro test pressure of High Pressure and High Temperature service pipe.

I believe that ASME sec V has the answer for that. In the appendix VI, Pressure change testing the procedure is given and also refers to the clause T-1044, in page 158, as the pressure should not exceed 25% of the design pressure unless otherwise stated in the mandatory requirement for the job.
