I'm looking to come up with some metrics to capture in the execution of creating deliverables during Basic & Detailed Engineering phases. The purpose of these metrics is to create a dashboard that a project manager working for an O/Os or EPC can use to evaluate projects. I would be interested to hear anyone's thoughts about what metrics you think are meaningful and how to measure it. Thanks for your feedback!
