Dropped Object Study

Hi Guys

Doing a Dropped Object Study for an FPSO, however currently the client has no masses for the objects with potential to be dropped.

Does anyone have any guidance on typical masses of Offshore equipment?

For objects lifted during normal operation and maintenance you may use the following:

<2 ton
2-8 ton
>8 ton

Very massive objects are lifted by derricks, so you may use
>>8 ton

considering that a crane typically lifts a maximum capacity of 50 ton.
