CO2 absorbed by NaOH in Aspen Plus

In ethylene production, there is a column called caustic column, which is used to absorb the CO2 with NaOH. I applied ELECNRTL for this column and setting convergence->damping leveling to Medium, Maximum iterations to 200. However, it is still hard to converge. By the way, the choice of henry components is also a key, which has a great effect on convergence. Does anyone have any suggestion or references on CO2 absorption with NaOH? Thanks.
