Hello Siamak!
To my knowledge there is only one book on Radiographic Interpretation and it's only available in hardcopy.
I'm a Level III in RT and my advice to you is to pick up some ndt handbooks posted here and start to gather the following information from them. This is the way I've learned.
Your objective is to evaluate image quality or defect interpretation or both?

I don't want to look so deep in this matter. I want some training book for example from CSWIP level I & II which covers overall information about image quality and Interpretation.
