    Openning/Closing Time of shutdown-blowdown time

    Dear all, anybody have any standards, codes or regulation specified what the closing/opening time of shutdown and blowdonw valve are ?

    Contact vendor , he would be better to tel you..

    but if you insist then get ISA 29.1 , emergency shutdown valves !!
