I don't personally have this, but I see that some people are selling these valuable documents for cheap ($2-$3) on certain sites under covert names to avoid DMCA complaints. Just post here to let me know if you need further info. I bought another one for a low price and it was very helpful to me and saved me a lot of time searching and requesting at forums like this.
