change the datum in the project itself go to templates pane and you will find a datum label expand it and you will see different datum that you can edit then
you can load the data first with the coordinates then after that you can double click the seg-y file that imported and go to seg-y settings and you will see a label with shift that has a box to enter the shift amount you wish .
