Guys I need your technical advise. Regarding Cable Sizing for motor for example I have a cable size of 3C-50+E, I already consider here the current during normal and starting. Current at full load is let say 80A, how to select the MCCB rating? I have read in other books that it suppose to be the current at full load is less than the current of the breaker and this breaker rating should be less than the ampacity of the cable. For example lets say the available size in the market is 130A,is it correct? or is there other data need to consider?
