Aspenone 8.0 or 7.3 Critical Problem During Installation

Dear all
I have a problem during installation of Aspenone 8.0 or 7.3 in Windows7 or XP where following error happen after following existing instructions in egpet:

unable to acquire Hysys_process license

I wish some people know the problem and share the solution.

As I checked it is critical and common problem for a lot of people.

It's all about the .lic file
Re-copy the .lic file to it's correct locations mentioned in the installation guide. (C:\Program Files \Common Files\Hyprotech\Shared, C:\Program Files \Common Files\AspenTech Shared)
Be sure to do that using the administrator account.

in addition to above , copy the strgix.dll file to above locations also.

I have tried all above mentioned steps and still getting same error. I am using window 7 32 bit
