separator nozle modified

good day all.

so i have a separator with ID=42 inch and length=16feet.
so this separator wiil be used for separate 30MMscfd gas.
so we think to make the nozzle ID bigger(it have 6inch ID for inlet and outlet gas before).
Will this design work for that 30MMscfd flow?.

Hi,
For the gas outlet nozzle you should meet with "specific gravity x square velocity criteria "< 5000 Pa Refer to shelldep for more details.
