Take a look at the EVENT File in SCHEDULE. That will help you. Take a look at the tutorials to see in detail how this is done.

Also look at keyword WTEST in ECLIPSE as this would be equivalent (assumptions) to doing a welltest on the well during your simulation at a specific point in time.

Bayan, I suppose that you want to compare actual measured reservoir pressures vs simulator pressures on a well by well basis in order to verify how your pressure history match is going on. What I do is to load and visualized observed vs simulator pressures in Eclipse Office Results. The attached files will guide you in the process.

PS: it's recommended to visualize WBP9 as the simulator pressure vector for a single well as it includes the pore-volume weighted average pressure of 9 gridblocks surrounding the well.
