Pls veterans of Aspenone help me to install v7.3

Dear Friends,

I've serious problem with installation of aspenone v7.3. Whenever I try to install I get always same error which is about installutil.exe and NET START command. I've done everything I know what I leaned here since last week but I havent done it((
Would it be possible for you to help me, pls?

The Whole error is:Cannot start service from the command line or a debugger.A Windows Service must first be installed (using installutil.exe)
and then started with the ServerExplorer, Windows Services Administrative tool or the NET START command.

Please let me know your operation system (32 or 64bit), windows package? and take some snapshot for the error.

Operating system windows 7 32 bit, thank you very very much for your kinde interest!!
After this error installation carry on but after finishing when I start aspenplus it cannot find the license.
