The "Reservoir Engineering Handbook" by Tarek Ahmed is great. Chapter 8 of Joshi's book "Horizontal Well Technology" is also good.

Take a look also of the "Second Comparative Solution Project: A Three-Phase Coning Study " SPE 10489-PA (1986). Eclipse includes an example data set of this SPE's 2nd Comparative Solution Project, search in C:\ecl\2010.2\eclipse\data and look for "SPE2_CHAP.DATA", "SPE2_CHAPLOAD.DATA" and "SPE2_CHAPRST.DATA". You can run the simulations and compare the results with your analytical calculations.
