I want to know how will i calculate motorized valve motor rating.

I assume you need an actuator, an electric motor and the mechanism (gearing, whatever) to operate a valve, damper or whatever.

Go to a vendor for electric actuators (motorized actuators), like Rotork, and see what is required to size an actuator.

Some of the information required for sizing:
Torque, operation (on/off or modulating), enclosures, mechanical connections, power, movement distances, stroke times

Getting a torque value can be a challenge. I've had to have the client's mechanicals fabricate a jig that will fit the rotary axle of a damper so that a torque wrench could be fitted and used to determine the needed torque.
