Could you tell me please, If I can accept a ball valve with nomogram API 6DSS if API process of valve´s supplier is like applicant?

Or, how can I get more information about API 6DSS Process? Because, I need to have this valve in two weeks maximum. Another suplliers give me 20 weeks minimum!
