you have 2 determine the drainage area of the 2 wells in question. then locate the area where the effect of production from the two wells hasn't reached (i.e area unaffected by production). If the permeability is low then it takes long time to reach boundary dominated flow conditions therefore there is a higher possibility of finding areas in virgin pressure.
