    Calculation of BaSO4 percentage

    Could someone guide me on how to properly calculate the Barite purity (percentage) from results of BaO, Ba, SrO, and SO3 percentages? X-Ray flourescence was used to the obtain the oxides percentages. I have been suggested the following calculations:

    a) BaSO4 = BaO + SO3

    b) BaSO4 = 1.522 x BaO

    c) BaSO4 = Ba + SO4 (however I do not have the results for SO4).

    d) BaSO4 = BaO + SrO4 (by calculating SrO4 = 1.773 x SrO)
