Problem installing SLB drilling Office 4.0

Hello members,

I have failed to correctly instal Slb Drilling Office 4.0. It instals on the pc but on clicking the individual section e.g BHA editor, an error message saying 'unable to locate your license.......' appears. Please advise.

drilling office needs oracle to be able to run
I could not install it
Any body here would like to share about it?
