What should be the gas, oil and water gradients obtained from depth-pressure cross-plot? thanks

You should get three different straight lines with different slopes in presence of three phases: Gas, Oil and Water
    1- 0.08 psi/ft for Gas
    2- 0.35 psi/ft for Oil
    3- 0.45 psi/ft for Water
The inflection point corresponds to whether it is WOC or GOC from water line or gas line respectively.

    Re: pressure gradient

Those numbers are reasonable approximations, but they will alll vary of course.

Gas will vary most of all as a function of pressure / temp & composition
My ResToolbox app calculates the expected gradients
