aspen 7.3.2 installation problem pls help me .................?

i am getting error like
Aspentech installer require VBScript to be enabled,installation can not proceed.

I have enabled it by command prompt regsvr32 \windows\system32\vbscript.dll

but still it is not getting installed pls help me out................

Did you get it to install? If so how? because i am running into the same problem.
