Klinkenberg and stress correction of Permeability

hello,

can any one explain if you need to correct air permeability to insitu stress separately from the klinkenberg correction? and if so, which do you do first?

additionally, if you have core data for ambient permeability and that for stressed permeability, how do you carry out the correction.
