I am a manager of Russian company in chemical industry. We are interested in producing vinyl acetate or vinyl chloride on a basis of acetylene. We need an equipment or mini-plant for its manufacturing (better second-hand). So we want to buy such an equipment.

Need to know:
1.Can any forum`s visitors help to find such an equipment? (if you are able to find and contact us to a distributor of exact this equipment, reward guaranteed)
2. If anyone can give an advice where should I search? Web-sites, other forums or anything else.
3.How can I find vinyl acetate or vinyl chloride manufacturers in Europe or USA?
