Question of Reservoir volume calculation

I have a question about reservoir volume calculation.
Please kindy check enclosed file.

The attache, I made some example about porosity, water saturation against measured depth.
Which one is correct to use calculation of reservoir volume?

cell description.
- Blue line(WC): Oil water contact
- NTG(Net / Gross): Net to gross calculated from net pay thickness being regarded as cut-off per gross thickness of reservoir.
- NTG(sand / Gross): Net to gross calculated from whole sand thickness within a resrovoir per gross thickness of reservoir.

- Porosity(avg. cut-off): Average porosity calculated upper 20% conditioned interval values.
- Porosity(avg. sand): Average porosity of whole reservoir sand interval values.
- Porosity(avg. gross): Average porosity of whole reservoir
- Porosity(avg. pay): Average porosity of pay-cut interval values.

Sw.. the same methods as the porosity calculation.
FVF... GRV ... etc.

Those above parameters were calculated regardless of OWC.
Is this right or not?

Guys, please tell me correct NTG and Porosity.
