Well head pressure @ zero flow rate

Good morning.
please i need your help for this point:
we got a well producing with ESP. i need to know when the pump is working and there is no flow rate @ surface what is the maximum well head pressure that i can reach?
(well head pressure @ zero flow)

hi

the pressure with zero flow rate would be the pipeline pressure(the pipeline which transport oil to production unit)
