Waste water pump

Dear friends,

We want to procure 2 pumps for waste water service.

Pump 1: It will handle mixture of 5% sulfuric acid solution and 10% sodium hydroxide solution of varying concentrations

Pump 2: It will handle 20% sodium hydroxide solution

Please suggest me which material will be suitable for the mentioned services.

Pump-1: PTFE pumps with double mechanical seal will do for the mentioned application. Pump type shall be horizontal centrifugal type only & design your waste water sump accordingly.

Pump-2: Carbon steel, SS316 or Alloy 20 (for longer service life) shall be suitable for NaOH application.
