This type of analysis should take into consideration the variations of properties of fluid and soil with temperature to calculate heat transfer and pressure drop in the pipeline. i would greatly appreciate if you could recommend me a textbook or reference where i can at least validate accepted industry practice or better. I´ve already revised Menon work where he offers a method for solving this king of problem, Complex solutions are not a deal. Thanks for your advise.
