I'm trying to understand all the steps involved in offshore oil & gas, right from exploration:seismic surveys, data processing to drilling wildcat and appraisal wells to understanding the subsea field development options. Laso, the different platforms used including supply vessels.
Can anyone point me to a book, pdf/ppt which explains all this in a non-technical language.

I would greatly appreciate any help in this regard.
