Noise Prediction of flare system

Hi,

i have to predict the noise of a flare. I did not find any way of calculating in API. Does anybody know how to calculate and would share it to me? Or is there any recommendation for software?

Sound strange: since section 7.2.4.3 of API RP 521 details how to calculate noise from stacks.....
