Error during fired heater simulation

Hi every1

I desperately need some advice guys. I am simulating a fired heater in hysys 3.2. Whenever I tried to run the integrator, the following error appears:

"A flash failure occurred in operation FH-100. this cannot be recovered because the operation is initializing. Please examine the operation in question, the fluid package and dynamic flash options."

I have done every possible thing that I can think of. Please give me some sugestions as tomorrow I have to submit my report.
