Eclipse model having difficulties after adding Cap. Pressure

Dear All,

I am initializing my model by Equlibration and the seems to be very stable getting one year step without any time step cut. But after adding water-oil and gas-oil Pc, the model started cutting time step and failed to equilibrate. Runs very slow (no production). The model has an initial gas cap.

Can anybody tell me what could be causing this after the addition of capillary pressure? What to check in the eclipse output.

I suppose this behaviour is observed because if wetting phase falls below some saturation limit, then lose continuety and become fragmented. In this case to move oil globular fragments we should overcome capillary forces.
