    Cold Spring Procedure

    Dear All,
    I'm implementing cold spring to a Power Plant Main Piping System and need procedures for design and erection of cold springs. Please help if you have anything in this regards.
    I've found an article of Mr. Peng which introduces some useful references but unfortunately I haven't managed to find them so far:

    7, Tung, P. C., "Cold Springing of Piping Systems" ASME paper Bl-PVP-26
