I think of preparing CDR "competency demonstration report" in a nearest future. Does any one have a sample to share. I will really appreciate it.

You are intending to produce a "Competency Demonstration Report" yet you are asking for a sample one. Surely you must ask yourself the question " Do I have the competency to undertake this task if I have to ask others for assistance?"

I am not actually seeking for assistance to produce the report for me. My point was if someone has a copy of the report as a guidance only.
Try to search for CDR if you are unsure about what does it stand for.
