who have a problem with aspen v7.3 installation???

Dear all,

Anyone can help with Aspen 7.3 installation on Windows 7 home...

I have tried all the ways....aspen Hysys gets installed fine (with 710 files) but cant start...Shows the following error...

"Unable to acquire Hysys license...

PLEASE HELP....

Hav u tried run in windows xp compatiblity mode?
However, it you run in XP i think i would be fine.

try to copy the ----- file named "STRGXI2.dll" found in the -------- package and replace the existing file in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\AspenTech Shared" and/or "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Hyprotech\Shared" then run the license validation from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Hyprotech\Shared\SLMLicenseProfiler.exe", load the licence by selecting the license location then press load.
That should solve the problem.
