Problem about Pipephase

Dear All
when i'm trying to calculate pressure drop in Gas Pipeline for Gas Composition.Igot the following error
Thermerror processor error back to Database
can anyone help me to solve this problems,Please note the following
1-case study supplied with the software also not solved and give the same error
2-this error happen for all computer
3-Pipephase ver 9.4
4-Microsoft office 2010

That's a software licence problem. U need the correct ipassi.lic file. There's one that generate such error.
Try Pipesim, it doesnt generate such errors and its really similar to pipephase. I use both
