Expected Salary Package as a Field Engineer MWD LWD II

Hello. I'm from Venezuela and I have one year of experience at important drilling company as a Field Engineer MWD LWD. I am currently Field Engineer MWD LWD II. I would like to know how much pay a company to a engineer with these experience in U.S. dollars. I received a job offer but asked me my expected salary package. I need your help, please.

Salary negotiations are a tricky situations, where the company asks you about your preferences and expectations. The best answer which is bit diplomatic is to let them offer you a salary package and check the various heads under salary offer like medical benefits, housing and transportation benefits among others.
