Drill Tool Lifting Sub
1. Two type of Lifting Sub, A type has 18 degree shoulder and B type has 90 degree shoulder.
2. Lift Sub are made from AISI 4145H modified alloy steel
3. All connections are complied with API spec 7-1
4. Connections are machined, cold rolled and phosphate.
5. Fully heat treatment to brinell hardness range of 285-341
Sleeve Stabilizer
1. Made from AISI 4145H modified alloy steel.
2. Replaceable sleeve spiral stabilizer and 3-Piece sleeve replaceable stabilizer.
3. In all size of Sleeve stabilizer.
4. Fully heat treatment to brinell hardness range of 285-341
5. Thread roots are cold rolled and phosphate
Heavy Weight Drill Pipe
1. Manufactured in compliance with API specification 7.
2. Thread root are cold rolled for increasing work life.
3. All connections are phosphate to help galling during make-up.
4. Hard banding is standard on tool joint connection and central upset to optimize wear resistance.
5. HWDP joint is fully inspected by ultrasonic unit full length.
6. Spiral HWDP consists of three spiral upsets equally space between tool joints.
Drill Collar
1. Slick , Spiral Drill Collar and non magnetic.
2. Fully heat treatment to a brinell hardness 285-341.
3. Made from AISI 4145H modified alloy steel.
4. Inspected to comply with API standards.
5. With Slip or Elevator Groove.
6. Thread root for cold rolled.
Cross-over Sub
1. Made from AISI 4145H modified alloy steel.
2. Fully heat treatment to a brinell hardness 285-341.
3. Connections are machined, cold rolled and phosphate.
4. Shipped with pressed steel thread protectors installed.
Rotary Kellys
The kellys are made from 4145-modified alloy bars which are quenched and tempered full maintained one inch below the surface at room temperature. All ends and center drive section are machined. The kellys are Precision-trepan to provide true bores. They are drifted to API specification, and all connections are precision-machined and quality-assurance inspected
When ordering or requesting quotations on kellies, please specify:
1. Hexagonal or square Kelly
2. Normal size (see diagram Section G)
3. Bore (see diagram Section E)
4. Size and type of top connection
5. Size and type of bottom connection
6. Top upset OD (seed diagram section C)
7. Bottom upset OD (seed diagram section C)
8. Plain shipping scabbards are available.
