TO start a pipe design consultancy

Do anybody have an idea how to start the pipe design consultancy?
What are the basic requirements for that?
If I have some design tools like PDMS with commnad over it, & with some experience, what are other essential factors needed to start the consultancy?

I am professionally Chemical Engineer & now have involved in design tools like
PDMS, caeserII, pipenet etc etc...can whole piping engineering & design
