I know that the "Handbook of Hydraulic Resistance" has been requested numerous times. Has anyone dug this up?

Also, does anyone have "Fluid Dynamics of Indstrial Equipment" also by Idelchik?

The "Resistance handbook" is available as a DjVu file, but is in Russian language.
