Our company goanna construct indirect water bath oil heater since this co has the capibility of this equipment manufacturing. However for design of this equ... we need process calc... based on API 12K and Tema docs.

Nevertheless, in my opinion these standards aren't enough for this purpose in the terms of local Heat transfer coefficient (HTC) and other combustion product species and heat transfer phenomena in fire tube like radiation, convection and heat released in the result of combustion. The other problem is the evaluation of stack length calculation based on heat transfer correlation that we don't know anything about that.
Do anyone have any experience more about WBOH process calculation and the similar matters for helping us?
