I am a junior Instrumentation and control Eng., and I need to a certified Instrumentation Engineer.
I live in Cairo and my work in office basically.
Need an experienced advice according Certificates and Places where I can get

certificates are intrumentation reports made according standards (ASME, ANSI, ...). You need to read a book about instrumentation and its tests
