ANSI B16.5 and B46-1

Good Morning Everyone,

I have a copy of ASME B16.5; is this the same as ANSI b16.5? If they are defferent can anyone post a copy of ANSI B16.5?

I am also looking for ANSI B46-1. Can anyone please help me in finding these??
