That's why things like this that we lost two great members on this site, they are:
Mr.Welder and Welding Inspector.SCWI
Two large members who helped many other people here in this community with technical answers and file shares.
What is happening with this site??
Will people ever stop to notice a thing? Here we seek to get everything here get everything we need and more besides, it's all grátis.não pay anything for it or for all we are asking members here and qu as Mr.Welder Inspector.SCWI and Welding, and even other members who also struggle with all his dedication to post, share, share. their knowledge to those who ask is asking, many who use this wonderful tool that is this forum, to place your order, often they have no education and no conscience to return simply to thank the person who lost his time to attend your request, many lower what they want, what they need and then turn their backs on those who helped.
others make this site a place for competitions to see who posts the best things and leave it running over other members who also want to help with their contributions. a mebro put a file and another member has that same file and repeating the same way as the previous member posted.

The purpose of this site is to share, help, technical exchange experiences with other members. And do not show that it is better, smarter, more experienced, wise, etc. ...
If we unite we will do more this site grow, advance and Semitic things mais.Sabe why? If the users of this site would pay the price of everything and they can ask here would see how important this site and members who are contributing here, there are important people would give more value for what it really deserves.
Preserve a great tool you have in your hands and do not throw away because this way, how important members are leaving the site soon will not have more people with that mind and make the effort to help us with what we need.

Do not allow:

Offenses on posts.
Suggestions & entrigas among members because it generates confritos and disharmony.
We must unite and be more friendly with each other.
So that we can bring more mebros for this forum and have not lost members.
