You must have a justification for all of them.
For permeability for example, it shouldnt be more than reservoir permeability unless there is a big difference in formations.
volume connected should come from MBAL analysis or regional data, if you have no idea about it you should be reasonable with structural model. Compressibility factor is again not very clear but I wouldnt make it different then reservoir. so it is a bit of trial and error but ultimately you must have a good story to justify your modifications!
