Writing Safety Reports

Hi Guys,

im looking for a little help if possible. im interested in upskilling myself and wanting to learn the art of safety report writing for the nuclear ans top tier COHAM sites,

is there anyone out there that could offer me any advice, information on training course or books or even provide me with a copy of a safety report so i can look into what is involved etc.

i would be extremelly grateful if this would be possible
