in our furnace (cylindrical & box type), box casing radiant temperatur reach max about 150 deg C using thermal image, root cause for this case is refractory damage. after repair of refractory & when normal operation, casing temperature drop to 100 deg C.

i want to know about corelation between casing temperature, effisiensi and heat looses? the final purpose is to get the costdown from decreasing looses
